For furnished properties, a detailed inventory will be accurately completed, of all the items within the property, at the beginning and end of each tenant/guest occupation.

We will conduct a thorough check out service for each tenant to assess any damages beyond fair wear and tear and prepare a dilapidations report for deductions from tenants security deposit.

We can complete a final checklist of defects before expiry of contractor’s warranty.
