Finding a Tenant

If you wish to generate revenue from your investment and require long term tenants we can oversee the Tenancy Agreement is arranged. Our mutual aim would be to find a suitable tenants as quickly as possible to avoid periods of vacancy.

• Advertise and market the property with maximum exposure to find the right tenants.
• All the necessary documentation and paperwork as per tenancy procedures and Dubai Government regulations will be prepared.
• Advise the landlord of their responsibilities and negotiate on their behalf.
• Tenancy contracts to be prepared and approved by Landlord.
• Assisting with electricity and water account transfers into tenants name.
• We would ensure a smooth handover of the property to the current tenants.
• If cleaners were needed we could arrange this on your behalf.
