As your property managers we would require access cards/ passes (if applicable) and keys to property. This would enable us to provide approved access to the property for our management services, assisting with potential tenant viewings or furniture deliveries, decoration, cleaning, maintenance services etc

If you do require tenants they will need a supply of every internal household key. You will need to supply this additional set if not already at the property.

A signed Management Contract will enable us to act on your behalf for any additional services you may need assistance with i.e bill payments, utility amenity accounts, house insurance and communication connections. We can also provide the use of a postal address in Dubai for your convenience.

DOCUMENTATION

To enlist any of our services we will require the following:
1. Copy of Purchase and Sales Agreement / Title Deeds
2. Copy of owners passport

For Management Services we require:
1. Signed Management Agreement between Exclusive and Owner
2. Keys/ access cards to property when available
3. Administration Fee
