Accurate and detailed reports will be issued regularly to owners on the results of the inspections.

We will advise of any up keep services if required i.e gardening, window cleaning, pest control, air conditioning servicing.

Permission, if necessary, to be obtained from the homeowner to undertake and maintenance repairs.
